3DVR not initialized for some datasets #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load FELIX\FELIX\UCLA Head 3T Routine\MIP thin cor as a DICOM folder.
2. MPR views load the data
3. 3DVR view says it cannot load the data.
4. Log says image size: 576x576.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: 3DVR should show the data loaded.
Actual: 3DVR view says it cannot load the data.

Image size: 576x576: non standard. GPU Memory loader fails to load data for 
3DVR.
