Build on windows? #4

Does this project only build on linux? Do you have instruction to get this to work on windows x64 machine?

I haven't tried running it on Windows myself, but our code is primarily based on the Stability-AI/generative-models. You can refer to this library for guidance on how to run it on Windows. There is a relevant issue here: https://github.com/Stability-AI/generative-models/issues/172#issue-2007613291.
