hair review dataset #4

Hi yang, this commit include 4 files related to hair ecommerce review. it has total of 2137 samples manual labeled. Especially, the most challege is a few document has both positive and negative setiment opinions.

正面（无负面评价） 1485
负面（无正面、中性评价) 378
正/负（含正面和负面评价） 308
