QtWeb is slow starting from Read-Only media #107

When starting from read-only media (CD/DVD, protected USB), QtWeb Internet 
Browser performs much slower than from read-write media.

Needs to be investigated.

Optimized access to QSettings in case of Read-only media.
If default Settings location is not writable, settings being stored in Temp 
Windows 
folder, and re-used when next app launch.

Full Reset will clean them up properly, in both locations..
