Perpetual authentication prompts #150

I have configured a http proxy which requires authentication and I have entered 
my credentials, however even attempt to browse causes an authentication dialog 
to open, and I usually ahve to enter my details several times for just a single 
page (presumably because it is trying to authentication each http session).

Just to add I am using 3.7.3-087 on Windows XP.
