Cookies not always saved if removed in Cookies Dialog #73

If browser is closed right after user removed all cookies, cookies state 
has not been saved in local cache. Next time you start QtWeb browser - all 
removed are still there. Bug.

Cookie(s) removal did not mark CookieJar as "dirty" for saving to local storage.

Fixed in QtWeb 2.0 build 045
