Fixed catkin make #9

Hi Yang Liu,

Thanks for this great repository and its work like a charm. However, while building with catkin_make I had observed that we should have "catkin_simple package" in ~/ros_ws/src before building with catkin_make.

so after cloning https://github.com/catkin/catkin_simple.git in ~/ros_ws/src it worked successfully. Tested with ROS Kinetic on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
