there is a logical error in s3fs-1.72 s3fs.cpp:2865

Detailed description of observed behavior:

Original s3f3.cpp:2865:
 if(!S3fsCurl::IsSetAccessKeyId()){
          return EXIT_SUCCESS;
       }

when reading ID&KEY from ~/.passwd-s3fs, I think it should be 
   if(S3fsCurl::IsSetAccessKeyId()){
          return EXIT_SUCCESS;
       }

What steps will reproduce the problem - please be very specific and
detailed. (if the developers cannot reproduce the issue, then it is
unlikely a fix will be found)?
