Add support for unsigned literals in GLSL output #964

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to compile the following shader to GLSL:
#version 300 es;
void main() {
   uint u = 1u;
}

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: almost identical shader
Actual: assert

This is a fairly trivial omission in OutputGLSLBase.
