[Enh] Automatic creation of diff url's #104

Purpose of the suggested code changes:
Append a section with diff url's to the output from the SyncguideCommand 
script. The url's can be pasted into a browser to display a side by side 
comparison between the original sources corresponding to the outdated 
translation report lines.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
Do we need this?

Since the script uses standard output we probably would want to redirect 
original report to a different file name. When there's no outdated files left 
there will be no url's generated (thus translation -> original source 
references are lost).
