syncblog difference does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to yiidoc directory.
2. do the following; 'protected/yiic syncblog ja'.
3. copy & paste the URL so as to see the difference.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The difference between old an new is shown. An error message of 'files are 
empty' is shown instead.

should be
