One of the spanish messages in zii.php is actually in french

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open yii/framework/messages/es/zii.php
2. Read line 35

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Reads:

'{class} must specify "model" and "attribute" or "name" property values.' => 
'{class} doit définir les valeurs des propriétés « model » et « attribute 
» ou « name ».',

Should read (something like)

'{class} must specify "model" and "attribute" or "name" property values.' => 
'{class} debe definir los valores de las propiedades "model" y "attribute" o 
"name".',

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
