Viewing formatted localized guides #2

It would be useful to have support for viewing the localized guides with
formatting applied. Can we have it included in SVN?

My temporary solution (requires copying the translated files for viewing)

I added a webapp for this purpose. You can access it via:
http://hostname/path/to/yiidoc/index.php?r=guide
