How to Synchronize the Guide and the Blog

There is no "yiidoc" directory (it can be called differently when checking 
out from SVN) so it's better to refer to "protected" and use:

yiic syncguide de

yiic syncblog de

How to Synchronize Messages

---
There is no "build" directory and no "build" entry script. It's better to 
use "protected":

yiic message ../framework/messages/config.php

Also there is no ../requirements/messages/config.php file at all in what 
is checked out from yiidoc project.
