Add links near headlines in guide #77

To make referencing a guide section easier, it would be nice to have a link
near each headline. Something like:

<h2 id="class-mapping">Class Mapping</h2>
<a class="detail-link"
href="http://www.yiiframework.com/doc/guide/topics.webservice#class-mapping">lin
k</a>

Styled float:right with some unobtrusive color.
