Dear author, i am trying to reproducing this work recently. However, i cannot run this code because there is no file named /home/yanggk/Data/CO_Bert/name.txt, /home/yanggk/Data/CO_Bert/washed.txt or /home/yanggk/Data/CO_Bert/washed2.txt. Could you upload these files please?

Thanks for your note.These files named names.txt are just index of data set files, which are not open accessible.(They are calculated by my co-author Jiang Shuang. You can turn to her to find if she would be happy to share data with you). So I didn’t upload spectra data set to github.If u need to apply my code to your own data, i can tell you the structure of the data set.Best wishes Yang G. Thanks for your response. I just want several demo data (maybe 2 or 3 spectrum-molecule pairs) to confirm the structure of input so that i can apply the model to my own research. Best wishes.
