remote wireless lock on doors for better giving access/revoke
more towels because we have shower in place for those athletic members

Long-term upgrades

seems windows are 30yrs+ old and loosing some heat
swap for LED lights to save electricity
acoustics (some portion incoming)
air ventilation for meeting rooms
green room / podcast equipment (we've already got two studios mics)
