Path too short / Docker Tensorflow #48

Hello,

when running the make_test_xml from the HRSC2016 dataset I get the error below. I am using the:

I also get the error when I start e.g. the convert_data_to_tfrecord.py or data_crop.py, so I think it is maybe something with the environment?

Instead of using the container provided on the documentations page I used the second option, that is further down in the README.ME

yangxue2docker/py3-tf1.15.2-nv-torch1.8.0-cuda11:v1.0

With that one it works for me.
