kld loss #86

使用kld loss训练都是飞机的数据 收敛到最后有的框角度准确，有的框角度不准，是训练不够，还是飞机的长宽近似，难以收敛

大神，长宽是收敛好的，就是角度有问题，我是将kld用在yolo单节段上
