failed to install on ubuntu 14.04

on a ubuntu 14.04 i have perl 5.18 Dancer2 install is ok but problem with package Dancer2-Plugin-REST 0.25 i use cpan

where to report my issue ? here ?

i've just seen this repo stop at v0.20 the release available in Cpan is v0.25 in another repo PerlDancer/Dancer2-Plugin-Rest, i will submit the same issue there
