Timer area auto save stays at 10 minutes and make persistent dont save

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. changing timer to 2 minutes
2. browse save location
3. pressing r and auto saves starts and works but only saves every 10 minutes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expected it to save every 2 minutes like how i wanted it to. but it saves 
every 10 minutes (default)

What revision of Advanced Duplicator 2 are you using?(Don't put latest
version, put the revision

What Operating System is the server running?
Don't know but didnt work on any server for me.

1. Press and Hold C
2. Hover over prop
3. Make persistent
4. Dupe it.

Make persistent does not save. And its very usefull because it allows you to 
keep things frozen after you unfreeze your whole constraption.

The 10 minute minimum is a server setting. As for make persistent, I'll check 
it out.

Can you make the default lower? 3 maybe? it cant really be laggy.
