Stuck on opening file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.opening adv dupe 2 list
2.opening file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want the file to open but instead it gets stuck on Opening file
and if i try to reopen the file it say"File Already opening please wait"

What revision of Advanced Duplicator 2 are you using?(Don't put latest
version, put the revision
number)
i do not know the revision 

What Operating System is the server running?

I am also having this problem on revision 174. I am stuck on any file opening, 
and not only can I not open any other file, but I am also unable to spawn the 
file stuck opening. I can still copy and paste things that were just copied, 
but when saving said thing and attempting to re-open, it gets stuck again.
