NetworkVars are not duplicated #58

CopyEntityTable does nothing to duplicate an entity's NetworkVars - this means 
certain Wiremod entities including the Wire Ranger duplicate fine with AdvDupe 
and the stock duplicator but not AdvDupe2.

Advanced Duplicator does it at 
https://github.com/wiremod/advduplicator/blob/master/lua/autorun/server/advdupe.
lua#L590

Garry's stock duplicator does it at 
https://github.com/garrynewman/garrysmod/blob/master/garrysmod/lua/includes/modu
les/duplicator.lua#L228

This is blocking progress in Wiremod and is a one-line fix. Would you like a 
patch?
