All tasks appear in the "Unassigned" group in the Drop Plan, although each task is assigned #142

Hello, I have an issue with the Drop Plan

TFS version 16.131.28601.4 Drop Plan version 2.2.4

Some time ago, the Drop Plan broke (before that, everything was displayed correctly). All tasks are displayed in the "Unassigned" group, even though each task is assigned to an executor and these executors are present in the drop plan (they have all necessary access and permissions). When I try to drag a task and assign it to a performer on Drop Plan grid, after 1 second it moves back to the "Unassigned" group. Neither TFS nor project configurations have been changed. This behavior is also observed in our other projects. Changes to the Drop Plan settings page do not correct this situation TFS issue

this is probably due to the fixes in #110 which changed how users were mapped. As you're on an older version of TFS server I'm not sure how we can test this to ensure that it works for both on-prem and cloud.
