Drop Plan does not reflected based on user's locale (time zone) #58

I have added +5:30 (IST timings) in my TFS profile to reflect all tasks based on my time zone and created tasks based on that. Those tasks shows perfectly in Backlog but shows a day before once current time becomes 5:00 PM IST. (Before 5:00 PM it shows perfectly in Drop Plan as well)

PN: My TFS server is in US time zone (EST) -5:00
