Delete altered files / folders

Hi yanapa,

thx for this amazing tool! I'm using it mostly for SSM and it makes a bf42 
modder's life very much easier! :)

Two little bug reports:

- Files can be deleted out of an rfa by hitting 'del', but it seems this 
doesn't work for files that have been changed without saving.
- Folders can't be deleted.

This relates to BGA v147.

I just downloaded r149 - same as with r148, deleting doesn't seem to work 
correctly to me.

- When selecting a folder and pressing 'del', all elements inside this folder 
will be selected, but still cant be deleted.
- Single files can only be deleted when they hadn't been selected (like above) 
or modified in the same session before.

I'm not able to reproduce with r148 and r149. I don't know what I can do, maybe 
could you record a video with camtasia or anything else and send it to me ?
