Keyword documentation needs to be enhanced #16

1) Generate doc with new version of libdoc.py so that init is also documented.

2) Add some documentation for init.

3) Have a separate wiki page that links to the keyword documentation.

This issue was originally opened at Google Code on Feb 20, 2009.

Added section about importing and regenerated the HTML file in r57 . Some proofreading would be nice.

This is done to reasonable extent already
