Sorry for the long overdue reply.

We could indeed do this automatically.

Please note that you can use Set Prompt at any time, and in addition, the keyword Open connection takes an option argument prompt. With named argument syntax, this can be used like:

Open connection | some.host | prompt=>

Well, it seems that the prompt is currently set globally, while it should be attribute of the client.
