Make this library available via pip and/or easy_install #36

This should be relatively simple

We'll probably make this library one of Robot's standard libs in RF 2.7 still this autumn ( issue 11 ). After that you don't need to install it separately anymore. I'll keep this open in case we fail to do that.

Notice also that you anyway need to install the preconditions separately.

I registered this as robotframework-sslibrary to PyPi, so both easy_install/pip should work now.

Paramiko/PyCrypto were not added as automatic dependencies though, since they do not work that well in Windows, AFAIK.

Paramiko and PyCrypto are required, as far as I can tell, for this to work in Mac though, so you should keep the information up
