Remove deprecated keywords `Set Timeout`, `Set Prompt`, `Set Newline` and `Set Default Log Level` #76

This includes removing the following keywords that were deprecated in SSHLibrary 1.1:

Starting from 1.1, these settings can already be configured on library import as arguments or by using Set Default Configuration keyword.

This issue was originally opened at Google Code on Aug 23, 2013.
