Should use same labels and issue templates as other Robot Framework projects #8

We've configured Robot Framework project's issue tracker slightly and same settings are used also with other subprojects. This one should take them into use too.

This issue was originally opened at Google Code on Dec 1, 2008.

This issue becomes invalid once SSHLibrary is integrated into Robot Framework, see issue 11 .
