RIDE doesn't restore to the un-minimised size, if it is closed when minimised.

Steps to reproduce:

• Minimise RIDE to the taskbar
• Close RIDE WITHOUT restoring it (eg by right-clicking and selecting close)
• Launch RIDE again

Expected behaviour:

• RIDE gets restored in the position and size that it was before the window got minimised

Actual behaviour:

• RIDE window appear in the top left hand corner of the main screen with a tiny size.

Environment: Windows 7 64bit

Notes:

• This seems to be caused by the fact that RIDE writes the following entries to the settings.cfg file:

mainframe size = (160, 27) mainframe position = (-32000, -32000)

• I have not tested this on a non-windows machine
