Test Runner: seems encoding have problem #87

In RIDE 1.2.2 version, check with the Chinese cases can not run, do not check all the running is good, seems to have problems in encoding like "GB2312" "UTF-8" ,in version 1.2.1 have no problem,thanks!

What version of pybot / Robot Framework are you using?

Robot Framework is 2.8.1 win32 version，python version is 2.7.5 ,operation system is winxp

I'm sure it have no problem in ride version 1.2.1 ,when installed 1.2.2 then the problem appeared

Ok. I assume this is somehow related to the change that added --suite option to RIDE robot running arguments. The bug might be in Robot Framework and not in RIDE, but this needs more investigation.
