Hi, Hard to describe how or when but some of my messages are not being posted to some slack users although im getting the notification that the message was posted successfully. What could be the cause? /Y

Hi @yannickiz, Would the issue be due to some characters posted in the message or maybe its length? It may be due to characters present in the recipient username as well. Could you give me an example of a username and/or a message which always fail?

I don't think it's related to the characters in the recipient's name or in the message. For example if I just invoke the flow and a username (-> "slack @firstnamelastname") and press enter, it will open Slack directly on that user's conversation for some users but for others it won't (and it will just open Slack on the last conversation I was on). In that example, both users have a "firstnamelastname" username format, about the same length and with no special characters.

I'm able to send a message to the user for which the right conversation opens but not for others.

I hope that helps!

+1 not open the target user direct message, just open the slack and stay on the last conversation.

+1 have the same problem. goes directly to chat with some suers and other users it does not open a chat for.

+1 same here - just opens slack itself. It doesn't open the convo for the user, but does when going to a channel

I can't reproduce this issue locally. I added a bit more debug logs, if someone can paste it to me following the steps below: 2020-04-29_09-40-53 (1) Thanks
