Error saving file #362

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Open document in Chrome
2.  Click Save (no editing needed)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of saving the document I get an 
Error message that the document cannot be saved.
("Sorry there was an error saving the file.")

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?

Google Chrome 17.0.963.79

Please provide any additional information below.

A few minutes prior, there was a previous multi-person editing conflict, but I 
closed and re-opened the document since.)
