Describe the requested feature:
Outlining - either automatically based on \section \subsec etc (the standard)
or based on levels of outlining a la emacs (eg % %% %%% ... for levels; this
would be my preference) or option of either one
I use such outlining extensively for reorganizing large blocks of text (ie the
whole block of text should be selectable along with header) without having to
move great distances thru the document and highlight across large blocks
both of these would be functionalities comparable to emacs
