Lost scientific report, revision history help acute!

Major issue where the report was overwritten, and revision history not 
available. Need serious help to restore the lost report.

1. The report name was "untitled document".
2. I pressed "upload files", and was directed to a weird looking page, where I 
chose a specific folder to upload to.´
3. When I came back my document was overwritten with the latexlab template.
4. The "revision history" tab leads to "page cannot be found". 

I am extremely desperate for help!

Using chrome 19.0.1084.46 m.

Any dev, you would save alot of suffering and science for the world if you 
looked into this.
