Can't add picture at the Project->Project Resources Dialogue #392

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I Decided it would be nice to add a picture
2.Find a message from bobbysoa@gmail.com,
You're able to include images and bibtex files. Under Compiler -> Project 
Resources, select image, bibtex and any other files you want to include. The 
resources are then compiled with the current document. 

3. Open Project->Project Resources

4. Can't find a button "Upload a new resource"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A button which allow to upload or to add resources from Google Docs.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
Firefox 13.1 on Windows7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
I feel stupid but I just can't find it.
I want to write my PhD thesis here and the only two things which stop me are:
1. I can't figure out how to add a picture
2. I still can't find a way to include Bibtex and title files.
