Hi! I suspect your software is not up-to-date. If I compile

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{tikz-cd} 
\begin{document}
\[
\begin{tikzcd}
X\ar[equal]{r}&Y
\end{tikzcd}
\]
\end{document}

on your site, I get an error message.
