Can't connect to Local MikTeX using devel version #491

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Attempt to set Local MikTeX as Compiler
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a request for a certificate as indicated.  The loading screen 
is displayed and progresses no further.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
devel

Please provide any additional information below.
I am behind a particularly draconian firewall... might be part of the issue.
