Disabled colorMapStyle auto rescale when using -colorMapStyle in command line #4

To be consistent between .cms file loading at runtime and loading colormap using -colorMapStyle, this pull request disable cms auto-rescaling.

Now, the color map in command line is effectively the one that display on screen.
