This PR focuses on transforming the horizontal menu into a vertical sidebar for the Yanok AI website. Key changes include:

Implemented a vertical sidebar layout using Tailwind CSS and Jekyll.
Made the entire line of each menu item clickable and adjusted indentation.
Moved footer information to the bottom of the side menu.
Ensured responsive design variants and made the sidebar collapsible.
Updated the main content wrapper to reduce side indent to 8%.
Updated JavaScript to handle sidebar toggle and collapse behavior.
