Updated the sidebar navigation to ensure compatibility with mobile layout. This includes restructuring the top section of the sidebar, ensuring the logo and toggle button are displayed correctly, and making the entire line of menu items clickable. Additionally, the scroll bar design was improved and the sidebar's responsive behavior was enhanced.
