Get rid of "Rest"-prefix #10

If #9 would implemented, it would be possible (and even ideal) to remove "Rest"-prefix from all of the methods. Is this desirable? Remember this would depend on #9 and so it's a breaking change.

Done as of 1cb2283f2b98c9c42ca149f7550931d4f1e0895b
