Hi!

It would be great if you could add some more information regarding system requirements for this package. I'm especially interested in minimum required Windows version. I see you have minSdk for android and that's all.

Also, you have a small typo in word "Windows" in the readme.

From this docs, GATT and GAP roles were introduced in Windows 10 version 1703.
