Sourcing shflags a second time sets previous FLAGS_* variables readonly #4

If testing is happening on a shell, resourcing shflags will set all FLAGS_* 
variables readonly. A check 
should be added to not try to reset variables readonly.

Must work with the user who reported the issue as there is already a check in 
place to prevent this.
