Add Never "Custom Refresh Interval" #910

  1. Select any feed.
  2. Long-press.
  3. Go to "Custom Refresh Interval".

Please add the option "Never" in the dropdown-menu.

In reconsidering this proposal, would it not be much more useful to provide support for a method with which to simply enable, or disable a feed, a selection of feeds, or a group of feeds?
