I think the cors/iframe workaround may be fixed now #166

@yanwsh according to a few people in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=135379#c113 the cors problem was resolved in ios 11.1, around November 2017.

Is this workaround no longer necessary?
