how to use contour.geom in PlotSWNE #33

Hi, teams I find "contour.geom" in the function "PlotSWNE", which plots contour as either a line or a filled-in region. The source code shows it needs a "contour.data" in the "swne.embedding" object, but there is no way to generate it in the package "swne". So, how could I make use of the options "contour.geom"
