Reproducible on svn 5416.
While testing the scheduler's ability to stop/restart jobs, I discovered that I can consistently start 2 unpacks using the UI (mod=agent_add). The "Schedule an Analysis" window lists all job options for my (very large) upload that never completed unpacking, including "Schedule an Unpack". If I choose all jobs, the scheduler starts 2 unpacks (and queues up the others) on the same upload. If I choose all jobs EXCEPT "Schedule an Unpack", the scheduler starts 1 unpack and queues the other jobs.
Maybe "Schedule an Unpack" should not be a choice(?)
